Rates

Costs per week are based on a Saturday to Saturday visit, and are graded by season in the table below:

Spring	10 May to 26 June	£ 800
Summer	27 June to 12 July	£ 1050
High Summer	12 July to 5 Sept	£ 1600
Autumn	5 Sept to 4 Oct	£ 1050

 

All dates subject to availability so do please get in touch to confirm the dates you require.
Well-behaved dogs and children 8 years old or more are welcome.
The house accommodates a maximum of six people.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is taken by cheque to confirm the booking. The remainder of the rent to be paid by cheque in Euros or Pounds Sterling, which must have cleared at least two weeks before your scheduled arrival.

What's included?

All amenities listed above and bills are included (electricity, water, bottled gas and local taxes etc.) but a landline phone is not available for guest use.
